Technical Assistance
Provides technical advisory services that streghten institutional frameworks for sector reforms, privatisation and PPPs, including providing expertise guidance/guideline in key sector areas and in line with global best practices.
Capacity Building
Largely dependent on current mutual priorities approved by the WB Board.
Requirement
Based approved task orders, they can support the BPE.
Previous Interaction/Relationship
The Bureau has received both technical and capacity building support from the WB in the past since 2001, particularly in the power sector reform.
Current Engagement
Engagements ongoing under the DISREP nad SPIN projects. A proposed visit to the Country Director is in the works.
