Born on August 28, 1967 and hails from Bagudo Local Government Area of Kebbi State. She was engaged into the services of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) on November 11, 2022 as a Director (GL 17).

She obtained her first degree in Economics from University of Maiduguri in 1989. She later pursued and obtained a Diploma in Finance, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University, U.S.A in 1993 and 1994 respectively.

She has attended numerous trainings, workshops, conferences and other corporate events locally and internationally with reputable Organistations/Institutions.

She is an experienced Public Servant and Administrator with profound expertise in Public Private Partnership (PPP). She was the Director, Infrastructure & Public Private Partnership Department from November 2022 to March 2024 and currently the Director, Post Transaction Management Department.

She has and is still serving as Chair/Member of various Boards of Privatised Enterprises, Committees and Teams within and outside the Bureau.

Prior to her engagement with the Bureau, she was Managing Partner with Infragrap-Infrastucture Consulting (2021 – 2022), Infrastructure Component Lead at the UK Nigeria Infrastructure Advisary Facility (2019 – 2020), Project Coordinator for World Bank Project Implementation (Federal Ministry of Finance) (2014 – 2018), PPP Project Coordinator Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) (2009 – 2013) and Technical Adviser to Minister of Finance (2008 – 2009).
