The Bureau of Public Enterprises is committed to transparency, integrity and accountability. The BPE Whistleblowing Programme provides employees, contractors, service providers, investors and other stakeholders with a secure channel for reporting suspected fraud, corruption, unethical conduct, breaches of law or other misconduct affecting the Bureau.
Reports may be submitted anonymously. Where a whistleblower chooses to provide personal information, BPE will take appropriate steps to protect the person’s identity and prevent retaliation.
What Can Be Reported?
- Fraud, theft or financial malpractice
- Bribery and corruption
- Misappropriation of funds or BPE assets
- Procurement irregularities
- Illegal, dishonest or unethical conduct
- Breach of law or BPE policies
- Harassment, discrimination or bullying
- Conduct capable of causing financial or non-financial loss to BPE
