Whistle Blowing Policy

The Bureau of Public Enterprises is committed to transparency, integrity and accountability. The BPE Whistleblowing Programme provides employees, contractors, service providers, investors and other stakeholders with a secure channel for reporting suspected fraud, corruption, unethical conduct, breaches of law or other misconduct affecting the Bureau.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Where a whistleblower chooses to provide personal information, BPE will take appropriate steps to protect the person’s identity and prevent retaliation.

What Can Be Reported?

  • Fraud, theft or financial malpractice
  • Bribery and corruption
  • Misappropriation of funds or BPE assets
  • Procurement irregularities
  • Illegal, dishonest or unethical conduct
  • Breach of law or BPE policies
  • Harassment, discrimination or bullying
  • Conduct capable of causing financial or non-financial loss to BPE
