Grace Ben-Okezie is a seasoned governance and public sector reform leader with over 34 years of experience driving national economic reform, enterprise transformation, and public-private partnership development. As a Director at the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), she currently oversees the post transaction administrations activities across all sectors of the Nigerian Economy spanning from energy, infrastructure, housing, to development finance sectors.
Her expertise includes corporate governance, strategic planning, enterprise restructuring, stakeholder engagement, and performance management. Grace has contributed to several high-impact privatisation and investment initiatives, helping to strengthen institutional performance and attract private sector participation.
She holds an MBA from Nasarawa State University, PGD Management, University of Calabar, HND Secretarial Administration, Yaba College of Technology, OND, Secretarial Administration Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and she is recognised for her leadership, strategic insight and commitment to sustainable development. Beyond her professional career, she serves as Global President of the Lagos Anglican Girls’ Grammar School Alumni Association, reflecting her dedication to mentorship, governance, and community development.
