Abdulkadir Abdussalam Ahmed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in reforming and managing public enterprises. With an MBA in Finance from Ahmadu Bello University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, he combines a strong academic foundation with a wealth of practical experience.

Throughout his career, Abdulkadir has held various leadership positions at the Bureau, including Acting Director of the Agriculture and Natural Resources Department and Project Manager for the Mines and Steel sector. In these roles, he has overseen the concession, rehabilitation, and operationalisation of key national assets, such as the Nigeria Coal Corporation, Nigeria Mining Corporation, and Aluminium Smelter Company of Nigeria (ALSCON). His work has contributed significantly to the revitalisation of these strategic industries.
