Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI)
The Bureau hereby invites qualified, experienced, and reputable consultants to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the following services under its 2026 budget:
- Lot 1 – Vulnerability Assessment & Compliance Audit Engagement of a consultant to conduct a comprehensive vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and compliance audit in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
- Lot 2 – Software Supply & Installation Engagement of a consultant to supply and install ManageEngine Log360 and OpManager software solutions.
- Lot 3 – Human Resources Consultancy Engagement of a human resources consultant to review and strengthen the Bureau’s Performance Management System.
